๐Ÿธ Hobbies & Interests

In addition to my newsletters and full time job, here's what else I do (and like)

Need some talking points? Look here.

Runner & Lifter

Health and fitness is a critical component in my life. If I'm not in the gym, I'm out running on the pavement somewhere. That said, I dedicate myself to bettering my body every single day and it is extremely important to me.I've ran 4 half marathons and the Tokyo Marathon in March of 2025. More coming soon :)

Music

I mostly listen to metalcore (bands such as Parkway Drive and Wage War). But Brandon, how can someone listen to vocals like this? I always tell people that metal is like whiskey - it's an acquired taste.Spend time identifying things you like within the rock/metal genre and find more artists who have those things you like.
